Welcome to PECC on the web!
Potten End is a traditional village club, located between Berkhamsted and Hemel Hempstead in Hertfordshire. Official club records only date back to 1926, but it is believed that the club was officially formed in 1910, although there are some references to Potten End cricket as early as the 1890's.
This year we will again have 2 teams playing in the Mid-Bucks Kookaburra League on Saturdays. The first XI will play in Division 1 and the second team will be in Division 2. Sunday fixtures are friendly games.
We also having a thriving colts section, with teams at U10, U11,U12,U13,U14 and U16 levels.

WINTER NETS start Thursday 8th January at Redbourn Cricket School 6pm - 7pm
Coaching and practice takes place at the ground as follows:

  • Age 10 and under Monday nights 6 -7.30pm (Except Bank Holidays) STARTS 27th April
  • U11/U12 Friday nights 5 - 6:30pm STARTS 24th April
  • U13/U14 Friday nights 7 - 8:30pm STARTS 24th April
  • Age 14 + Thursdays 6 - 7.30pm STARTS 23rd April

The coaches for 2009 colts teams are;
U10 Ian Raeburn; U12 Ian Raeburn; U13 Jim Hart; U14 Peter Raeburn; U16 Paul Lee
All will be happy to accept any assistance from adult members for the training nights.

Colts Presentation Day has been planned for Sunday 19 July from 11am onwards.

There will be the Mic Sheehan U10 cricket challenge, lunchtime barbecue, Mums versus U12's, Dads versus U15's as well the presentation of all the awards


Annual Subs 2009
Adults £35 £25 if paid by 31 March 2009
Juniors £17 £12 if paid by 31 March 2009

Forward your payment to Ian Raeburn AS SOON AS POSSIBLE if you wish to take advantage of the discounted price.

Colts £35 per child - £20 for any further child from the same household.
This fee covers all training sessions, colts matches and insurance.
Payable at the Colts Registration Night 20 April 2009


Match Fees 2009
Adults £9 per match, 18-21 years £6 per match, 16-17 years £5 per match, under 16s £4 per match
This covers pitch fees, teas and insurance.

NOTE to players and captains - if you want to see up to date results and scores then make sure you send details to me (Derek Gower) - if I'm at a game I will normally note down the scores, but if I'm not there you need to tell me!
